Our yearbook, the Aurean, is a student publication. Every effort will be made to be inclusive, accurate and exhaustive in student coverage. The Aurean is an educational process, and we apologize if mistakes are made.

- Back to School Sale: $55 (plus four free icons with purchase of personalization) when you order by September 20, 2024.
- Early Bird Special: $60 when you order between September 21 and October 25, 2024.
- Standard Pricing: $65 when you order between October 26, 2024 and January 31, 2025.
- Last Chance Pricing: $75 when you order on or after February 1, 2025.
Share Your Photos
Help us reach our goal of including as many students as possible in the 2024-25 yearbook by sharing your photos! You can email .jpg or .jpeg files to kayla.vo@rpsmn.org at any time throughout the year, up to February 28, 2025. If you send your Homecoming photos in January, it may be too late to add them.
Senior Portraits
- To publish your student’s independent senior portrait in the yearbook (instead of their picture day portrait), please send a .jpg/.jpeg file to kayla.vo@rpsmn.org by Friday, November 15, 2024 by 11:59 p.m. to have it included in this year's yearbook. In the email, please include the full legal name of your student. You will receive confirmation from Kayla Vo upon receipt.
- Photo inclusion is at the discretion of the yearbook adviser. Any unusable photos are subject to exclusion. Monitor your email for confirmation or resubmission requests.
- The yearbook operates under firm deadlines. Extensions will not be granted. Photos received after the deadline will not be published.
Photos must meet the following guidelines to be included:
- Photo must be portrait/vertical (not landscape/horizontal).
- Photos taken from the waist up are preferred.
- Props are acceptable as long as they are not overpowering or distracting.
- Student's face must be fully visible (exceptions for religious or otherwise necessary facial coverings).
- Student's eyes must be looking into the camera.
- Photos must be taken in daylight/sunset lighting (no nighttime photos).
- Photos must be taken with a professional backdrop or nature scape (no photos inside or outside of personal residences).
- Color photos only (no black and white / sepia).
- No selfies.
- No filters (Snapchat, Instagram, etc.).
Recognition (Baby) Ads

- $35 for a 1/8-page color ad.
- All baby ads are due Friday, November 15, 2024.
Sports Team Photos
- Fall sports photos are due no later than November 15.
- Winter sports are due no later than January 15.
- Spring sports are due no later than April 15.
