Dear RHS Families,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing partnership and trust in our school community. We conducted our annual family survey to help us reflect on our strengths and identify areas where we can grow and I’m excited to share some of the encouraging results—and also to highlight where we’re focusing next.
Here are just a few things worth celebrating:
- 96% of you feel that school communications have been effective.
- 98% feel comfortable discussing concerns with your child’s teacher, and 95% feel you can do the same with school administration.
- 91% of families would recommend RHS to others.
- 97% agree that teachers are preparing students with the skills they need for success.
These results are a powerful affirmation of the relationships, teaching, and care that define our school culture. Thank you for your trust in us—we don't take it for granted.
At the same time, we’re committed to continuous improvement. Survey results show that while the vast majority of families feel their child receives support (academic, social and emotional), this is one area we’ll continue to strengthen. Ensuring every student feels deeply supported is at the heart of our mission.

- Teachers and staff are helpful. They encourage student independence and growth.
- The teachers are outstanding! We are new to the Richfield school system this year and our experience has been great.
- We are very grateful for RHS! The CIS classes are such an asset. The theatre program is a gem. Really thankful for the opportunities offered at RHS but also the kind of values being instilled.
