Survey Highlights
Thank you for your feedback!
Dear RHS Families,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing partnership and trust in our school community. We conducted our annual family survey to help us reflect on our strengths and identify areas where we can grow and I’m excited to share some of the encouraging results—and also to highlight where we’re focusing next.
Here are just a few things worth celebrating:
- 97% of you feel that your child has good support at school.
- 99% feel comfortable discussing concerns with your child’s teacher, and 94% feel you can do the same with school administration.
- 94% of families would recommend RHS to others.
- 96% agree that teachers are preparing students with the skills they need for success.
These results are a powerful affirmation of the relationships, teaching, and care that define our school culture. Thank you for your trust in us—we don't take it for granted.
At the same time, we’re committed to continuous improvement. Survey results show that while the vast majority of families feel their child receives support (academic, social and emotional), this is one area we’ll continue to strengthen. Ensuring every student feels deeply supported is at the heart of our mission.
As always, your feedback matters. It helps us grow and stay aligned with what matters most—your children.
In partnership,
Principal Stacy Theien-Collins

- I would recommend RHS. It's not just a school, it's a family for your child.
- The RHS teachers and administrators, and other workers are kind, accessible, and aware of the need for inclusivity.
- Through the recent challenges to the safety, wellbeing, and learning of the RHS community, I continue to be impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and pragmatic responses and pro-active planning.
- Since we moved into the district 10 years ago we have had nothing but amazing things happen for our kids at RPS.
- We are a proud Richfield family and appreciate the care and concern the staff show towards our students in addition to the academic challenges and supports they provide.
- Current 9th grader, my son is happy with his classes and teachers. When we talk to his teachers at conferences, they are always warm and happy to talk about his progress. I am very happy that my son attends RHS and I believe they are helping set him up for a good future!
- I would like to just re-iterate great appreciation for all of the RHS staff in creating and maintaining an inclusive, welcoming, engaging, and meaningful experience for students. Thank you!
