We are in the beginning phase of developing our next five-year strategic plan, which will define our vision and priorities for the District. Your input is critical to this process.

We invite you to share your fundamental perspective by completing a brief, anonymous visioning survey.

To ensure we receive thoughtful, detailed responses, please take time to reflect on the following questions before taking the survey:

1. Meaningful Success: Beyond test scores, what would be the most meaningful, tangible evidence that we are fulfilling our mission and serving the Richfield community exceptionally well?
2. Untapped Potential: In what area do you believe our District has the greatest untapped potential - an opportunity we are currently missing but, if pursued, could transform our impact on our students?
3. Vision for 5-Year Success: Imagine it is five years from now, and Richfield Public Schools are the first choice for every family in Richfield. What one or two distinctive achievements or characteristics would define that success?
