Winter Athletics Registrations

It’s athletic registration time again! The chill is in the air and our winter sport coaches are getting ready for a great season. Before a student can participate in any practice, tryout or competition, there are a few steps that need to be completed.

  1. Sports Qualifying Physical must be on file in the Activities Office.
    • Sports Qualifying Physicals are good for three years. If you are unsure if your physical is current, stop by the Activities Office or contact Colleen Nollenberg at You can take a picture of your physical and email it to or have your clinic fax your Sports Qualifying Physical Clearance Form to the Athletic Office at 612-798-6129.
  2. Apply online for Educational Benefits at If you qualify for benefits, this will reduce your fees.
    • Log into and complete the MSHSL (MN State High School League) Forms
    • Add them to your cart and process the payment for this $0 form
    • If you do not have an account through SchoolPay, you can easily create one with your school ID number. Students and parents both can have an account in this system.
  3. Complete the sport-specific registration form and payment at Once you process your payment, you will receive a receipt confirming that your registration has been received.

Important things to note:

  • If the Activities Office does not have a current physical on file or if you have not completed the MSHSL forms you will not be able to register for the sport.
  • We never want finances to be a reason a student does not participate in an opportunity. We have payment plans and scholarships available for families in need. Please email so we can make arrangements before the season starts.

If you are interested in participating in a sport, please sign up for the Schoology Group listed alongside the sport below. Schoology is the district’s preferred method of communication between coaches, students and families. Coaches will be using these groups to share upcoming meetings, practice details and more.

If you have any registration or payment questions, email If you have questions about equipment or practices, please reach out to the coach listed below.

Jaedyn Patterson

Proactive, approachable and diligent are three words that senior Bryan Herron would use to describe himself. One of his teachers, Karah Holle, agrees. “Bryan has a confident, friendly and contagious attitude. He's polite and kind. I look forward to seeing him every day!”

“Leslie can be quiet in class, but don't be fooled. She is a fearless leader. She steps up and helps other students and is even able to do so bilingually,” says her teacher, Ms. Toedter. “Leslie is an extremely hard worker and is never afraid to ask questions to further her learning. It is apparent that she cares deeply for others, and she is always kind and helpful inside and outside of the classroom.
