Senior Story: Xavier Klun

For Xavier Klun, some of the most important parts of high school have been the relationships he has built, the time he has spent with family and friends, and his dedication to soccer.

This fall, Xavier will attend the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where he plans to study business while continuing his soccer career at the collegiate level.

Looking ahead, Xavier hopes to build a future that combines both his professional goals and his love for the game. In the next five to 10 years, he sees himself working a full-time job while continuing to play soccer recreationally.

Outside of school, Xavier enjoys spending time with family and friends. Throughout high school, he has also been heavily involved in soccer, competing both for Richfield High School and through club soccer.

One teacher who made a lasting impact on Xavier's high school experience was Ms. Setzer. “She has been the kindest and most supportive teacher I have ever had,” he shared. “Her hard work and dedication to her own job and schooling has inspired me to work harder.”

Ms. Setzer described Xavier as a student who consistently demonstrates kindness and respect toward others. “Xavier consistently shows kindness to everyone and is willing to help others,” she said. “He radiates positivity and treats everyone with respect.” She added that his helpful attitude and positive energy make him especially deserving of recognition.

As he prepares for graduation and the next chapter of his journey, Xavier leaves behind a reputation for positivity, kindness, and a willingness to support those around him.
