Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday,  September 10, 2021

• Kitchen/Cafeteria/Receiving Site
  • Cafeteria passed final inspections and is now being used for dining
  • Kitchen equipment is being installed and final mechanical and electrical connections are being made
  • Plumbing fixtures and specialties were installed in the Receiving area Toilet room
  • Flooring was installed in the Food Service office
  • Completed roof parapet metal coping
• Site
  • Continued site clean-up and demobilization
  • Place concrete for stairs at Gym exit tentatively planned for Saturday 9/11

Planned week ending Friday, September 17, 2021

• Kitchen/Cafeteria/Receiving
  • Complete all remaining work in the Kitchen
  • Final cleaning in the Kitchen
  • Conduct all required City and State (Health Department) inspections to allow for full occupancy of the Kitchen
• Site
  • Continue site clean-up and demobilization
  • Resume testing and balancing of the HVAC system
  • Contractors to address punchlist items

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, September 10, 2021

• Main Entrance
  • Card readers and push button entrances installed
• Bathrooms
  • Installed toilet partitions
• Boiler Room
  • Scheduled start up and training for September 20
• Best Buy Teen Tech Center 
  • Floor covering installed
• Continued auditorium HVAC hydronic re-piping

Planned week ending Friday, September 17, 2021

• Bathrooms
  • Install backordered tile, wait for remaining wall tile
• Best Buy Teen Tech Center-Music Suite
  • Waiting on shipment of doors week of 9/20
• Finish auditorium HVAC hydronic re-piping and clear out auditorium foyer

Central Education Center

Completed week ending Friday, September 10, 2021

• Classroom Wings
  • Completed wall and door frame painting in the 300 wing offices
  • Completed flooring and base in the 300 wing offices
  • Completed all work in the multi-user toilet rooms in the 300 and 400 wings
  • Wold continued conducting punchlist walkthroughs of finished spaces
• Mech Spaces
  • Continued chilled water piping and connections to mech equipment
  • Continued installing rooftop ductwork.
• General 
  • Contractor continued general clean-up and demobilization in and around the buidling
  • All-State is in the process of programming the security and intrusions systems

Planned week ending Friday, September 17, 2021

• Mech Spaces
  • Contractors to continue completing work associated with the building cooling system in preparation for systems start-up on 9/23
  • Continue rooftop ductwork and exhaust fans installation
• General
  • Complete dishwasher and sink installation the Prep Room
  • Contractors to work to address punchlist items
